Food Innovation Expert (SME Hub Asia)

She is dedicated to promoting sustainable food safety, aiming to contribute positive solutions and sustainable outcomes for our community. With over 7 years’ experience in the food sector and Master Degree in Food innovation, safety, and quality management from Khon Kaen University, Thailand, she brings substantial expertise to her role. She is also holding certificate of achievement for CQI/IRCA certified FSSC 22000/ISO 22000:2018 Food Safety Management System Lead Auditor Training Course from SGS.  Her proficiency spans coaching, delivering, and implementation of food safety management systems in compliance with established law and regulations. She is activity participating in research and product development activities, focusing on development of sustainable and value-added products for rice, fish and agro-based products. Consequently, she also has extensive technical experience in food chemical and microbial laboratories with a robust understanding of laboratory standards and safety. Currently, she imparts knowledge through delivering food safety and product development training in various parts of Myanmar and Northeast of Thailand.
